Edward Mooney House - One of, if not the oldest stone row houses in New York City.
Located on the Bowery right off of Pell Street is the Edward Mooney House named after a wealthy butcher who had it built in circa 1785.
Over the next 300+ years, the building has served many purposes. Some include brothel, tavern, and a hideout for many 19th-century gang members.
